3 not to bat an eye
(not to bat an eye (или eyelid; тж. without batting an eye или eyelid))1) не терять самообладания; ≈ без малейшего смущения; и глазом не моргнул, и бровью не повёл [первонач. амер.]‘You know, Sam,’ says Billy, ‘I've stood by you without batting an eye in earthquakes, fire and flood!..’ (O. Henry, ‘Whirligigs’, ch.
Suddenly the dentist... whispered: ‘Do you know who I would like to have in this chair?.. That Bolshie they call Pollitt.’ I did not bat an eyelid, but it would have needed a Dante to describe my innermost feelings. (H. Pollitt, ‘Serving My Time’, ch. 6) — Неожиданно врач...
If my patient can't sleep, not a soul in the house shall bat an eye all night (Suppl) —

5 not ready for prime time
Perhaps it won’t work. Maybe the Iraqis are not ready for prime time yet. Free Online Dictionary of Computing:
•• Not ready for prime time: Usable, but only just so; not very robust; for internal use only. Said of a program or device. <...> This term comes from the ensemble name of the original cast of “ Saturday Night Live,” the “Not Ready for Prime Time Players.”
•• Web Services: Not Ready for Prime Time <...> had sound and X-server config problems – again, on the desktop, not ready for prime time.
•• Stevia: Not Ready For Prime Time. More Research Needed To Answer Safety Questions About “ Natural” Sweetener.
•• Candidate Not Ready for Prime Time. It has become clear that she is not ready to govern the state.
Linux in China: Not Ready for Prime Time
